Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.
- 2.Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the return label to the outer shipping box—never the product box—and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
