The Fender Custom Shop B5 ’66 Bass VI Relic in Super Faded Aged Sage Green Metallic features a 2-piece alder body in the Bass VI style with a lacquer relic finish and chrome/nickel hardware. The pickguard is Bass VI GBG CC, and a tremolo arm is included.

The neck is quarter sawn maple with a medium tinted nitrocellulose lacquer finish and matching painted headcap. It has a ’60 Style Oval “C” profile and a rosewood round laminated fingerboard with a 7.25" radius, 21 medium jumbo frets, and vintage clay dot inlays. The headstock is large. Nut width is 1.700", and butt width is 2.200". The nut is bone.

Hardware includes an RSD Jaguar/Jazz bridge (7.25" radius, relic) and Bass VI 5350 stainless steel strings (.025–.095).

Electronics include hand-wound ’62 Jaguar pickups in the neck, middle, and bridge positions with black relic knobs.
