The Fender Custom Shop ’54 Heavy Relic Telecaster in Super Faded Sonic Blue features a 2-piece ash body in a ’52 Telecaster style with a thin nitrocellulose lacquer heavy relic finish and chrome/nickel hardware. It includes a black phenolic ’50s Telecaster humbucker pickguard and an aged white Strat switch tip.

The neck is plain grain maple with a 10/56 “V” profile. It has a 9.5" radius, 21 narrow tall frets, and a 1.65" nut width.

Hardware includes a Custom Class Telecaster relic bridge plate, Telecaster brass/chrome relic saddles, and .010–.046 strings.

Electronics include modern Telecaster relic controls, a ’52 Tele knurled chrome relic volume knob, a Seymour Duncan SH-1 ’59 neck pickup (4-conductor, nickel relic), and a hand-wound ’50–’51 Blackguard bridge pickup.
