Built with set-neck construction, it offers exceptional sustain along with comfortable access to the upper frets. This EC-1000 includes a mahogany body topped with koa, a five-piece mahogany/bubinga neck with a Thin “U” profile, and an ebony fingerboard that adds snap and articulation to the overall tone. Components on the EC-1000 include a TonePros locking TOM-style bridge and tailpiece, along with a set of Seymour Duncan humbucking pickups — an SH-2 in the neck for articulate clarity and an SH-14 in the bridge for higher-output, aggressive tones.
