The Eastman DM3 Grande Bouche features a body with solid Sitka spruce top and laminated rosewood back and sides. It uses quarter sawn ladder spruce bracing, a traditional Gypsy-style tailpiece, a traditional rosette, black top binding, and a rosewood mustache bridge and saddle with 2 5/32" spacing. Hardware is nickel. A deluxe padded gig bag is included.

The neck is maple with a Flat D profile and a rosewood fingerboard with a 12" radius and pearl dot inlays with white side dots. Scale length is 670 mm (26.4"). It has 20 Jescar FW43080 frets and a bone nut with a width of 1 3/4". The truss rod is dual acting, and the neck includes Gotoh SE770 tuners. The body finish is Truetone satin on both top and back/sides.

Additional features include D’Addario EJ83M strings (.011–.047), 12th fret action measuring 2.75 mm on the bass side and 1.75 mm on the treble side, and a 4 mm truss rod wrench.
