Designed in conjunction with the DW MDD Direct Drive Pedal, the Control beater includes interchangeable weights and 3 striking surfaces; Hard flat felt (for maximum surface contact), Spherical felt (rounded felt for small surface contact), Flat plastic.

The removable brass weights give the user five increments of forward throw, and the self-leveling head ensures the beater always strikes flat against the head.
