The BU-1 os a large diaphragm, fixed cardioid pattern condenser microphone. The high sensitivity and low distortion make it perfect for all recording and broadcast miking purposes. The capsule in the BU-1 features a 1" gold vapor deposited diaphragm that has an airy top end and smooth bottom end.
