Known for its fat, bright, and brash sonics, the PRO-800 faithfully replicates the architecture of the first MIDI-equipped poly synth and more. Like all Behringer’s reborn analog synths of yesterday, the PRO-800 delivers all the classic sounds, capabilities, and experience without the “vintage era” limitations.
Above and beyond the breakthrough 1982 model 600’s 6-voice capability, the PRO-800 features 8-voice polyphony, 400 user-programmable slots, full polyphonic MIDI implementation, and an additional noise generator. Control up to 6 simultaneous wave shapes with 2 VCOs per voice for dreamy synth pads and ambient soundscapes-- or utilize all 16 oscillators in unison mode for fat, full analog power perfect for EDM-style fat bass sounds and mix-cutting hooks.
The Pro-800 lets you easily control and create rhythmic patterns with the 2-track sequencer and key assignable arpeggiator--or create anything from light portamento through dramatic swells with the Polyphonic glide control.
