On the front panel, a pair of gain controls with detents and illuminated indicators make setting output levels easy and precise. Around the back, you’ll find a manual crossover switch that allows you to manually select high, low, and full-range crossover settings and a stereo/mono selector--a feature that comes in handy when using multiple power amps and speaker arrays. Twist-lock “SpeakON” output contacts assure reliable and efficient speaker connections, and a pair of combination XLR-1/4” inputs support balanced and unbalanced inputs for maximum compatibility.
In addition to high performance, lightweight, and versatility, the NX6000 is also designed for long life and ease of use. Internal “SmartSense” impedance compensation automatically selects the proper setting without lifting a finger. This protects the amp from overloading and provides the same flat frequency response you rely on at any speaker load. Independent DC, LF, and thermal overload protection on each channel assures reliable performance night after night, year after year.
